Can a draft furnace into chimney be vented out the side of the house?

I’m not sure what do you mean… If you are asking if a natural draft or (or fan assisted / induced draft) gas / oil furnace designed to be vented with a chimney can be vented through the side wall of a house, the answer is NO. 
Only a direct vent type or a high efficiency / condensing type furnace can / have to discharge exhaust gasses through the side wall or roof using a dedicated venting system (not a chimney). You can check the manufacturer’s website for this particular model to know for sure.
