problem of water formation in gas geyser

sir i m fom india. we are doing poject on 50 lite gas water heater. currently the company having a problem of formulation of water on the flue gas line so sometimes burner may turned off.. this problem occurs especially in winter and monsoon. so what may be problem??

Hi Thanki-Abhishek,

I can't give you much information because you didn't provide any installation details. However, heavy condensation issues inside the vent flue are usually caused by improperly installed / designed exhaust vent pipe / chimney. It might be its diameter, height, insufficient combustion air supply, etc.
